“ Today is the day that the Lord has made – be glad and rejoice in the fact that you are a wonderful validation of his creation”

~ blessings for the year ahead to all of our June Babies!

The main focus for this last 6 weeks has been Mom/Peg/Mimaw recovery from unexpected triple bypass heart surgery on June 8 th. . It has been slow and steady going after a bout with the flu and a few minor setbacks. We are trying to work around all of our other plans in order to stay close to home for now with Mama – so the June trip to PA had to be canceled.

We are so so so --- So sorry to Mary at Cactus www.cactusgrill.net and all of our friends in PA ~ we REALLY hope that you guys all understand how important it was for us to be here with Mom thru recovery.

Niece/Grand-daughter Amy was AMAZING at bringing Mimaw back from the depths of post-op and Murphy/LehAna/Kalyn/Kathy were all vital to my support system during those first few days ~ I LOVE YOU --- MY FAMILY!!! Kurt and Dan did a great job in getting her home and keeping her comfortable for the days of her return home.

Kurts son Dan was in for the whole month of June and we were lucky to have him here for so long this summer. Good luck to Dan in his future endeavors as he seeks out direction for his young life. It was nice to have the cousins have quality time together here in Florida!

A SPECIAL thanks to our PVPC church family and our wonderful SEASIDE neighbors for the meals that kept coming for WEEKS after the surgery. All of your constant prayers and good wishes certainly helped Mom thru her tough times. A special word of thanks to those who contacted me directly for separate words of encouragement. You certainly made my own struggles and stresses through this time more manageable.

Of course --- we STILL were able to connect our previous plans of with the wonderful help of Glenda and Susan for the transfer of nieces and nephews for the month. Even with those few people who continue to live self-served lives and leave me in the lurch --- and of course the MANY financial issues blocking our way… we BEAT the demons of negativity and were SUCCESSFUL in getting the J-Kids to all to the places they needed to be this summer! We CONTINUE to celebrate how HIS name and KARMA brings us ALL full circle. Thanks for your continued support of ALL of my Family.

We started the month with another GREAT event at Jax Tackle and Gun club and we look fwd to lots more stuff RAIN OR SHINE with our Fabulous new friends!!!

Kurts son Dan stayed on thru June 30 and it was a GREAT celebration of being with family since niece Emily returned with our live-in niece Amy on the 28 th! Danny --- YOU make us proud!

So good to see a fine young man keep planning for the future.

Every blessing for your decision making!

Emily ~ What can we say??? The month here with you and our friends --- especially ROBERT…. Made it such a special time for Mimaw to recover and for us all to reconnect. You – my darling – are a beautiful and wonderful light in this world…. Always remember that you are always our LMGTS-KA!

A few weeks with those Kotlinski kids and the elder Johnston clan ~ can certainly change your perspective! What a houseful with 8 of us all together ---- LOVE YOU GUYS!!!! WHAT A MONTH!
