Since I am finally getting back on track with dating these newsletters, this will be a short and sweet rendition!
A bit of concerning news as Mom/Peg is in need of some cardiac attention. A catheter and possible stint surgery is scheduled for Thursday, June 4 th . The surgery will be performed by Dr. Kevin Hayes at Baptist Hospital in Jacksonville. The hospital and doctor are in the top ratings in the country, so along with your prayers ~ we are all confident that the day will go well.
The past weeks have been busy, but joyous ~
Starting with the Kotlinski Twins Bday 16 th Bday celebrations --- what can we say???? Another fantastic celebration w/family and friends at Casa Marina www.casamarinahotel.com . What a blessing these two beautiful children our to our lives! A day in Epcot w/mama Jami Childers is something NOT to be missed….really!!!
Kurts brother Wayne has arrived from PA and the next night we started right in with sharing some gigs at the PVPC 20 th Anniversary Party ~ what a wonderful job the volunteers and staff did to make the Blues and Bluegrass United Event a great success!
Look for more events at PVPC on the events calendar later in the year as we share music and fellowship with our friends in Christ.
And the best new of the past few weeks….. Part of Waynes trip here was to look at potential properties and he has successfully bid on a home in St Augustine. Looking forward to have Wayne here in Florida on a more regular basis so that he can share his amazing vocal/guitar/outstanding harmonica talents with our friends here!
The weeks ahead are sure to be jam-packed with fun as we welcome Kurts son Dan into town for the entire month of June. We will be heading to PA for a long weekend of performances at Cactus Grill www.cactusgrill.net and recording sessions www.sweetcreek.com and we will be bringing nephew Andrew “Chauncey” back with us for the whole summer! We will keep you all posted on the marvelous adventures ahead.
